How does ECOS-ATC work?

ECOS-ATC automates the time-consuming and labor-intensive task of cleaning tanks. In conjunction with optimally positioned flushing nozzles, ECOS-ATC safely cleans tanks in a fraction of the time in comparison to a manual tank cleaning crew.

ECOS-ATC uses a fixed volume of cleaning water which is continuously recycled. When the tank is fully cleaned, the waste is dumped into another container positioned closely to the unit for safe disposal.

This same “fixed” volume of cleaning water is later reused to clean other tanks. Hence a very small volume of waste is generated during the whole operation.

ECOS-ATC is equipped with an internal soap tank and automatic dosing system. This combined with water heating capabilities significantly reduces cleaning time and dramatically improves cleaning results.
